What is Ayushman Bharat Yojana Card?

Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Health insurance Scheme aims to provide health care to those who belong below the poverty line in India.

In this government scheme, the beneficiaries can avail of medical services all across India. The PMJAY scheme has the objective to provide healthcare insurance to more than 10.74 crore candidates this year.

The Scheme name Ayushman Bharat Yojana the national health protection scheme was launched way back in the year 2018 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Later on, the Scheme is renamed Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

The Applicant who applied for this scheme will get the Ayushman Bharat Golden Card.

Ayushman Bharat Card is the insurance card which can be used on eligible hospital and services will be provided to beneficiaries free of cost.

  • Click on the button which is labeled as Am I Eligible.
  • On the next page, Enter your mobile number and the Captcha code as shown on the image there.
  • Hit the Generate OTP button.
  • On the registered mobile number of yours, You will receive the OTP code.
  • Enter that OTP Code to the website.
  • Now there will be multiple results will be shown to
    • By Mobile Number.
    • By name
    • By Ration Card.
    • By RSBI URN
  • You have to Choose the Appropriate option.
  • Answer all of the Question, which is asked there.
  • The result will be shown on your Computer/Mobile Screen.
